  • In the event there are not a sufficient number of HK Shares on the HK Register to satisfy a withdrawal from the ADR program directly into the CCASS system in whole or in part, such withdrawal shall be in the form of HK Shares to the extent of available HK Shares on the HK Register with the balance to be in the form of Cayman Shares on the Cayman Register.
