Cayman National means Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Limited and which expression shall also include Associated Companies and Employees providing services to you pursuant to the Agreement. “Customer” means you, the person(s) in whose name(s) the Account is opened and who/which signs the Application Form and who instructs, or requests, Cayman National to provide the Services. Where an Account is in joint names, the expression may refer to one or several of the Account parties.
