Cavalier Entities definition

Cavalier Entities means collectively, the Company, Cavalier USA, Inc., Cavalier Limited and Cavalier GmbH. Each of the foregoing individually shall be referred to from time to time as a "Cavalier Entity."
Cavalier Entities. The domestic subsidiaries of Cavalier Telephone Corporation as of the date of the Purchase Agreement, which are listed on Schedule C-2 thereto. Commission: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.
