Category X definition

Category X means Noxious Liquid Substances which, if discharged into the sea from tank cleaning or deballasting operations, are deemed to present a major haz- ard to either marine resources or human health and, therefore, justify the prohibition of the discharge into the marine environment.

  • All Class P Shares and all related rights and assets (including the monies paid for the subscription of the Class P Shares and any share premium relating thereto (the "Subscription Monies")) and the assets purchased with the Subscription Monies are allocated to the Category X Compartment.
