Casual laborer definition

Casual laborer means any person providing work or materials to any insured for compensation of any type.
Casual laborer means an employee or worker who performs unskilled labor activities, who does not use machinery or equipment requiring special skills, and who is engaged by an employer for an aggregate period not exceeding thirty (30) days during a tax period;
