CASp definition

CASp means any person who has been certified by the State of California as such pursuant to applicable California law (including without limitation Section 4459.5 of the California Government Code). Notwithstanding this Section 6.C above and/or anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree and acknowledge that, if Tenant desires to obtain a CASp inspection, it shall be limited to an inspection of the Premises, and in addition:

CASp means the Comprehensive Advisory Services Program fee pricing model in which clients pay an account advisory fee for PWM’s advisory services and separate fees and charges for portfolio manager fees and Execution Charges.
