Casino Service Industry Enterprise License means, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:12-82(c)(7) and N.J.S.A. 5:12-92(a), the license issued to Manager by the applicable Gaming Authorities, and/or the issuance of any transactional waiver deemed necessary by the Gaming Authorities to the Owner and Manager pending the issuance of the Casino Service Industry Enterprise License to the Manager, that enables Manager to perform the services under this Agreement.
