Casino Gaming Activities means the Casino cage, table games, slot machines, video machines, and other forms of gaming managed by Manager in the Casino.

Casino Gaming Activities means the casino cage, table games, slot machines, video machines, electronic games of chance, electronic games of skill, and any other form of gaming managed by Manager in the Casino. The area reserved in the Riverboat for the Casino Gaming Activities shall be an area of approximately 26,000 square feet. If permitted by the Missouri Gaming Commission, the area reserved on the barges for Casino Gaming Activities shall be an area of approximately 22,000 square feet. Owner expressly reserves the right to expand or decrease the area reserved for gaming based upon changes in existing facts and circumstances which may affect the Riverboat Casino project. "Casino Operating Budget" shall be the budget of Casino Operating Expenses. "Casino Operating Expenses" shall mean expenses incurred by Manager on behalf of Owner in the management of the Casino, including, but not limited to, gaming supplies, maintenance of the Casino area, gaming marketing materials, uniforms, complimentaries, Casino employee training, Casino employee compensation and entitlements, and Gaming Taxes. "Control" shall mean, in relation to a person that is a corporation, the ownership, directly or indirectly, of voting securities of such person carrying more than 25% of the voting rights attaching to all voting securities of such person and which are sufficient, if exercised, to elect a majority of its board of directors; "Controls" and "Controlled" shall have similar meanings. "Commencement Date" shall mean the first day on which a revenue-paying customer is admitted to the Casino. "Credit Policy" shall mean the policy approved by Owner, whose approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, regarding the extension and collection of credit to patrons of the Casino, which Credit Policy shall be prepared by Manager based on (i) the target markets of the Casino; (ii) prudent business judgment; and (iii) such changes and refinements as Owner may reasonably require and shall comply and conform in all respects with the rules and regulations of the Riverboat Authorities. "Default" or "Event of Default" is defined in Section 19.01. "Development Term" shall mean the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the Commencement Date.
