Casino gambling definition

Casino gambling means the house provides a banker, dealer, croupier or a specially designed table; and gamblers play against the house.
Casino gambling means playing at cards, dice table, ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ table, table to play at rouge et noir, faro bank, or other gaming tables of like kind or any machine or device used for gambling purposes equivalent to the foregoing.
Casino gambling means any of the following that is carried out within the casino premises:

  • Casino gambling chips, off-track ▇▇▇▇▇▇, lottery tickets, and bets or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ transmitted over the internet or through a mobile application do not earn Statement Credits.

  • No Casino gambling is allowed on any Economic Development Property or Non- Qualifying Property, whether or not the property is placed as MCIP property; and, any violation of this provision shall void all incentives granted herein and result in full disgorgement and repayment of any incentives.

  • Buyer covenants and agrees that it shall file with the Missouri Gaming Commission (“MGC”) an application for a license to conduct gambling games on the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Casino gambling boat at La Grange, Missouri (the “Application”) by not later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
