Cash Sweep Event definition

Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default; (b) any Bankruptcy Action of Borrower or Manager; or (c) a DSCR Trigger Event.

More Definitions of Cash Sweep Event

Cash Sweep Event has the meaning set forth in Appendix 7.
Cash Sweep Event means that either (a) the Debt Yield is less than the Debt Yield Threshold, or (b) the Non-Minority Debt Yield is less than the Non-Minority Debt Yield Threshold.
Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default (a “Default Trigger”); (b) any Bankruptcy Action of Borrower (a “Borrower BK Trigger”); (c) any Bankruptcy Action of Manager (a “Property Manager BK Trigger”); or (d) the Debt Service Coverage Ratio based on the trailing three (3) month period immediately preceding the date of such determination is less than 1.25 to 1.00 (a “DSCR Trigger”).
Cash Sweep Event means an event that will occur (until cured) if, on any date of determination, (a) the Borrowing Base Ratio exceeds the Facility Advance Rate, but is less than or equal to the sum of (i) the Facility Advance Rate plus (ii) 2.50% or (b) the Effective Obligor Number is less than 8. For the purposes of this definition, amounts on deposit in the Cure Account will be deemed to be included in the Borrowing Base.
Cash Sweep Event shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default; (b) a Mezzanine Loan Default, (c) any Bankruptcy Action of Borrower, CPLV Tenant Guarantor or CPLV Tenant; (d) a rejection of the Management Agreement by Manager following any Bankruptcy Action of Manger or (e) a DSCR Trigger Event.
Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default; (b) any Bankruptcy Action of Borrower, Master Tenant, Principal or Manager; (c) a DSCR Trigger Event; or (d) a Franchise Agreement Trigger Event.
