Cash Record definition
Cash Record means, in respect of a Participant in relation to a Business Day, a record or records kept by Austraclear of the Cash Elements of Cash Transactions of that Participant in relation to that Business Day which relate to a particular Nominated Account of the Participant and the result of those Cash Elements.
Examples of Cash Record in a sentence
If a Note is redeemed on or after a Cash Record Date but on or prior to the related Interest Payment Date, then any accrued and unpaid cash interest thereon shall be paid to the Person in whose name such Note was registered at the close of business on such Cash Record Date.
