Cash Pooling Bank definition
Cash Pooling Bank means (i) the Initial Cash Pooling Bank and (ii) with the prior consent of the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, each other bank or financial institution, in its capacity as the account bank, that is a party to any Cash Pooling Agreement with a Cash Pooling Customer and a Cash Pooling Agent.

Cash Pooling Bank means each of (a) China Construction Bank and its Affiliates, (b) Bank Mendes ▇▇▇▇ N.V. and its Affiliates, (c) Affiliates of HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and (d) each other bank that is a provider of Cash Pooling Arrangements to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that each such other bank described in this clause (c) is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (it being agreed that each Lender and each of their respective Affiliates is acceptable to the Administrative Agent).
