Cash or Deferred Arrangement definition

Cash or Deferred Arrangement or “CODA” means a qualified cash or deferred arrangement described in section 401(k) of the Code.
Cash or Deferred Arrangement means that a Participant may elect to have the Employer make payments on behalf of the Participant either as Employer contributions to the Plan or to the Participant directly in cash.

Cash or Deferred Arrangement means an arrangement under which an eligible employee may make a cash or deferred election with respect to contributions to, or accruals or other benefits under, a plan that is intended to satisfy the requirement of Section 401(a) of the Code and does not include any arrangement excluded under Treasury Regulation Section 1.401(k)-1(1)(2)(i).
Cash or Deferred Arrangement or “CODA” means such term as defined in Article III (Employee Contributions). The Plan contains a CODA pursuant to which Participants may make Elective Deferrals in accordance with the applicable provisions of such Article III.   • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.
