Cash Netting Cap definition

Cash Netting Cap means an amount of unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents equal to the greater of (A) $200,000,000 and (B) the product of (i) 0.33 multiplied by (ii) Annualized Operating Cash Flow for the most recently ended full fiscal quarter ending immediately prior to such date for which financial statements have been delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b) of this Agreement (or, prior to the initial delivery under this Agreement, of the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement).
Cash Netting Cap means an amount equal to $30,000,000.
