Cash Management Products and Services means agreements or other arrangements under which Agent or any Lender or any Affiliate of Agent or a Lender provides any of the following products or services to any Loan Party: (a) credit cards; (b) credit card processing services; (c) debit cards and stored value cards; (d) commercial cards; (e) ACH transactions; and (f) cash management and treasury management services and products, including without limitation controlled disbursement accounts or services, lockboxes, automated clearinghouse transactions, overdrafts, interstate depository network services.

Examples of Cash Management Products and Services in a sentence
Solely in connection with the Cash Management Products and Services (as defined in the Credit Agreement), PNC is authorized to continue to make advances pursuant to the terms of its existing agreements (in reliance upon section 364(e) of the Bankruptcy Code) with the Debtors, including advancing funds secured by cash deposits held by PNC, and the Debtors are authorized to incur credit in respect of such advances under section 364(a) and (c), as applicable, of the Bankruptcy Code.
Solely with respect to the Cash Management Products and Services, the terms of all existing agreements related thereto by and between the Debtors and PNC, including, but not limited to, any depository agreement with PNC, shall govern PNC’s postpetition transactions with the Debtors.
The Debtors are authorized to continue to use the Cash Management Products and Services, including, without limitation, the purchase card program between the Debtors and PNC, and incur related Cash Management Liabilities under the terms of the applicable agreements governing such Cash Management Products and Services, the Prepetition Credit Documents, and this Final Order.
