Cash Management Fund means the State of New Jersey Cash
Cash Management Fund means a money market fund that invests in short-term money market obligations, including securities issued or guaranteed by the United States of America or its agencies or instrumentalities, certificates of deposit, time deposits, bankers' acceptances and other short-term obligations issued by domestic banks, foreign branches of domestic banks, foreign subsidiaries of domestic banks, domestic and foreign branches of foreign banks and thrift institutions, guaranteed investment contracts, repurchase agreements, high quality domestic and foreign commercial paper and other eligible short-term obligations, including those with floating or variable rates of interest.
Cash Management Fund or “Money market fund” means a unit trust, mutual fund or insurance policy with the sole objective of investing in short-term deposits and debt securities.

  • In the absence of written instructions from the Holders of the Class C Certificates as to investment of funds on deposit in the Supplemental Interest Account, such funds shall be invested in Deutsche Bank Cash Management Fund 541 for so long as such investment complies with clause (vi) of the definition of Permitted Investments.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any funds in the Reserve Fund shall be invested in Deutsche Bank Cash Management Fund 541 for so long as such investment complies with clause (vi) of the definition of Permitted Investments.
