Cash Interest Expense definition

Cash Interest Expense means, for any period, Consolidated Interest Expense for such period, less the sum of (a) interest on any debt paid by the increase in the principal amount of such debt including by issuance of additional debt of such kind, (b) items described in clause (c) or, other than to the extent paid in cash, clause (g) of the definition of “Consolidated Interest Expense” and (c) gross interest income of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period.
Cash Interest Expense means, for any period, total interest expense, whether paid or accrued, but without duplication, (including the interest component of Capital Leases) of the Borrower, which is payable in cash, all as determined in conformity with GAAP.
Cash Interest Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the Interest Expense of such Person for such period less the Non-Cash Interest Expense of such Person for such period.

Cash Interest Expense means Interest Expense that is paid or currently payable in Cash.

Cash Interest Expense means, for any Person for any period, total interest expense in respect of all outstanding Debt actually paid or that is payable by such Person during such period, including, without limitation, all commissions, discounts, and other fees and charges with respect to letters of credit and all net costs under Hedge Agreements in respect of interest rates to the extent such costs are allocable to such period, but excluding interest expense not payable in cash, all as determined in accordance with GAAP.
