Cash-Flow Break Even definition

Cash-Flow Break Even means a positive operating monthly cash flow of the Employer determined in accordance with GAAP before interest expense but after capital expenditures. Employee shall also be eligible to receive discretionary bonuses in the sole discretion of Employer's Board of Directors.
