Cash Diversion and Commitment Fee Guaranty definition

Cash Diversion and Commitment Fee Guaranty means the Cash Diversion and Commitment Fee Guaranty executed by the Sponsor on the Closing Date in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as amended and restated as of June 23, 2017, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
