Cash Custodian definition

Cash Custodian means UMB Bank, N.A., together with its permitted successors and assigns, or any other Person from time to time engaged by the Trust to assist with custody of the Trust’s U.S. dollars.

Cash Custodian means The Bank of New York Mellon and any substitute or additional custodian of the Trust's cash pursuant to a written agreement with the Trust or Administrative Trustee on behalf of the Trust.
