Cash Collection Rate definition
Cash Collection Rate means, with respect to any date of determination, the percentage obtained by dividing (a) the sum of the aggregate Collections received by the Borrower during the six (6) most recent calendar months, by (b) the average outstanding principal balance of all Term Loans during the six (6) most recent calendar months.
Cash Collection Rate means the total of all payments received for Transports, regardless of when the payment was received, for the applicable reporting period divided by the total amount billed for Transports that occurred in the applicable reporting period less the total amount billed for Transports that occurred in the applicable reporting period for Accounts that the Director recalled, suspended, marked as Inability to Pay, or dismissed. The Director shall define the applicable reporting period.
