Case Identification Number definition

Case Identification Number means the identification and tracking number generated by iSpring and provided to You to allow registration and tracking of Your Case.

  • If the Division does not identify that the Member and/or individuals in the Member’s Case Identification Number were enrolled in a Contractor under CHIP, the Division will check whether the Member was enrolled previously in the CHIP Program with a particular Contractor.
