Case Anniversary Date definition

Case Anniversary Date means the date of each month Case Based Funding payments will be made for a Supported Employee. It is derived from the Intake Completion Date of a Case on FOFMS.
Case Anniversary Date means the date of each month that Case Based Funding payments will be made for a Supported Employee, which is derived from the Intake Completion Date of a Case on the Disability Case Portal.

Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Quarterly Commencement Date means the 1st day of each of April, July, October and January in each year.
