Carpet Extraction. This task is designed to provide the deep cleaning of carpet. Since this task requires drying time, it can be performed on an adjusted PM work schedule. This is scheduled on an annual basis, or in cases of removal of water due to pipe / roof leaks, or due to other flooded areas. Top Scrubbing: This task is designed to refurbish waxed surfaces and to reduce the cost of labor and supplies associated with stripping floors.
