    caretaker/security residence means a dwelling unit on a parcel of land which is incidental and contained within a main building, or one manufactured home which is incidental to the main use, provided that the dwelling unit is specifically used in conjunction with the protection of private property and that the gross floor area of the dwelling is smaller than the gross floor area of the main use;
