Care Contract definition

Care Contract means a contract between the Council and any third party for the delivery of the Service for a Service User or any part thereof to any Service User;
Care Contract means a contract with the Council whereunder a Private Care Organisation has contracted to provide domiciliary health and/or welfare care to Service Users;
Care Contract means the contracts entered into from time to time by one or all of the Obligors with local authorities, local health authorities, the Department of Social Security or with private residents (or a combination of them) for the provision of residential and nursing care services to the residents of a care home.
