Cardiac Disclosure Letter definition

Cardiac Disclosure Letter means the written disclosure schedule delivered by Cardiac to Xxxxxxx prior to the execution of this Agreement, forming a part hereof and arranged in sections corresponding to the numbered and lettered Sections contained in Article V; provided, however, that disclosure in any section shall be deemed to have been set forth in all other applicable sections where it is readily apparent that such disclosure is applicable to such other sections notwithstanding the omission of any cross-reference to such other section.

  • Continuing Disclosure Agreement means the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6, which shall constitute the continuing disclosure agreement made by the City for the benefit of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds in accordance with the Rule.
