Cardene Product Inventory definition
Cardene Product Inventory means all inventory owned by Seller or its Affiliates of bulk active pharmaceutical ingredient nicardipine hydrochloride, Cardene Packaged Product and Cardene Drug Product, in existence as of the Closing.
