Card Terms and Conditions definition

Card Terms and Conditions means (a) Cardholder Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) Card User Terms and Conditions (as applicable);
Card Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions governing the issuing and use of the Card signed or to be signed or otherwise applicable between the Bank and a Cardholder. The Card Terms and Conditions apply and remain in full force and/or are valid and binding to the Bank and the Cardholder, where appropriate. In case of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Card Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to the Safe@Web Service.
Card Terms and Conditions means the set of terms and conditions applicable to the Card, including, without limitation, the privacy policy governing the use of Cardholder Data associated with such Card.

  • Conditions of Mastercard credit cards are determinded in the Raiffeisen CLEVERcard, Bank-, and Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

  • A Registered User who reports his or her Compass Card lost or stolen is eligible for Compass Card deactivation and transfer of all fare products loaded or issued on such registered Compass Card, at the time of reporting such Compass Card lost or stolen, subject to and in accordance with the Compass Card Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Where the Cardholder links his/her Card Account for access through the Bank’s Automated Phonebanking Service (“the ATB”) or Personal Internet Banking (“the PIB”), the Cardholder agrees that the respective ATB and PIB Terms and Conditions shall form part of these Card Terms and Conditions.

  • SCHEDULE III Voyager Fleet Card Terms and Conditions If Merchant elects to accept Voyager Fleet Cards, the following terms and conditions shall apply.

Card Terms and Conditions means the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Card

  • Basic Terms Modification means any proposal:

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.
