Card Service definition

Card Service means exercising banking operations by means of the VISA or Mastercard (hereafter – “the card”) issued by the bank by the person nominated in writing by the client holding card account (hereafter referred as the “card holder”);
Card Service means the American Express® Card service operated by Amex its subsidiaries, Affiliates, and the licensees of each them.

Cardmember means an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, or any other legally recognized entity or organization who has entered into agreement and established a Card account with any Issuer, or whose name appears on a Card.
