Card Owner definition
Card Owner means the person who qualified for and opened the Card account and owns the funds in the Card Account. “Authorized User” means any person issued a card at the request of the Card Owner and authorized by the Card Owner to use the Card. “We”, “us”, “our” and “The Bank" mean Sunrise Banks, the issuer of the Card. “Card” means the Visa plastic prepaid card that is issued to you by us. "Card Account" means the Sunrise Banks deposit account or its associated account number. “Account Number” means the 16-digit number used to identify your Card Account. “Card Number” is the 16-digit number embossed on your Card. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays are not considered business days, even if we are open. “PIN” means personal identification number. “Access Information” means collectively your PIN, online user name, password, challenge questions, and any other security information used to access your Card Account.
Card Owner means the Corporate (Business) for whose use the cards are issued by the Bank, and whose their authorized signatories have signed the application together with this Agreement.

"Servicer" means Debit Card Network, LLC, a third-party that markets and services the Card and Card Account on behalf of Sunrise Banks, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors and subcontractors. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays are not considered business days, even if we are open. “PIN” means personal identification number. “Access Information” means collectively your PIN, online user name, password, challenge questions, and any other security information used to access your Card Account.

In this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” means the Card Owner and any Authorized User of the Card.
If this occurs, we may try to locate the Card Owner at the address shown in our records, so we encourage you to keep us informed if you change your address.
Account Holder (Client) and Card Owner can request for issuance of new additional card.
The Card Account may only be loaded by the Card Owner or on your behalf.

In case of forgotten the PIN code the Card Owner shall apply to the Bank, carry out update of PIN code and/or replacement of the card in compliance with rules and procedures set by the Bank fro special payment instruments.
Information on regulations and procedures under the “Service rates of appropriate settlement systems for plastic cards” of “VISA /Visa Electron, “MasterCard/Maestro” or “Union Pay” are provided to Card Owner within reasonable period.
You are the Card Owner and are responsible for all transactions and fees incurred by you or any Authorized User(s).
The funds in the Card Account will be insured for the benefit of the Card Owner to the maximum limit provided by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation provided we have been able to verify your identity.
