Car Rental Operator definition
Car Rental Operator means any person, firm, corporation, or other entity operating a car rental concession at the Airport or any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity authorized by the Authority to rent and/or arrange for the rental of a passenger motor vehicle to any driver, passenger, or other person, firm, corporation, or other entity at, through, or from the Airport or an Airport facility.
