Car Park Management Strategy definition

Car Park Management Strategy means the regulations made from time to time in accordance with this Lease in respect of the management and use of the Car Park (the regulations at the date, hereof being appended at Schedule 12);
Car Park Management Strategy means a strategy showing how the car park within the Development shall be managed which shall be in accordance with the principles set out in Appendix 4
