Captives definition

Captives means a finance company either owned or designated by an automobile manufacturer or automobile distributor to whom such automobile manufacturer or automobile distributor provides subvention dollars in order for such finance company to provided subvention financing to such automobile manufacturer's or automobile distributor's franchised DealerTrack Dealers solely for such automobile manufacturer's or automobile distributor's vehicles.
Captives means SAFE Trucking Insurance, Ltd., Versatile Insurance Group, Inc., and Security Insurance Group, Inc.
