Captive Mine means a mine, acquired through any form of auction or bidding which specifically allows the owner or allotte, as the case may be, to use the coal for production of electricity and sale thereof to any purchaser; and includes a mine which is owned by a third party that has entered into a long-term agreement with the Supplier for dedicated supply of Fuel for use at the Power Station for a period not less than the Contract Period;]
Captive Mine means a mine leased to the owner/promoter of a processing industry for the sole purpose of supplying raw material to that industry.

Captive Mine means a mine owned or operated by the Supplier or an Associate and from where Fuel is extracted for use at the Power Station, and includes a mine which is owned by a third party that has entered into a long-term agreement with the Supplier for dedicated supply of Fuel for use at the Power Station for a period not less than the term of the PPA following COD or 10 (ten)49 years following COD, whichever is earlier.
