As evidenced by the document attached hereto and titled Caprine ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, Owner has purchased share(s) in the Herd at twenty dollars ($20.00) per share and ten dollars ($10.00) per half share.
Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
Weed means any plant which grows where not wanted.
Riverine means relating to, formed by, or resembling a river (including tributaries), stream, brook, etc.
STSMA means the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, as amended and include the Regulations issued under the said act;
SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
