Capitation and Quality Scheme 2 definition

Capitation and Quality Scheme 2 means the scheme of that name, introduced by the Secretary of State on 1st April 2013, following the termination of the Capitation and Quality Scheme on 31st March 2011, that the Secretary of State has developed to assist in continuing to promote and secure improvement in the provision of dental services in accordance with the Act;

  • It is intended that at the start of each financial year that this SFE applies, this SFE will be amended so as to include the percentage increase in agreement value as determined by the Secretary of State for the duration of the Capitation and Quality Scheme 2.

  • Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement.   • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of the Company referred to in, and delivered pursuant to, this Agreement.

  • Nominal tomographic section thickness means the full width at half-maximum of the sensitivity profile taken at the center of the cross-sectional volume over which x-ray transmission data are collected.

  • Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Vendor to the Purchaser with this Agreement.

  • Water quality volume means the volume equal to the first one-half inch of runoff multiplied by the impervious surface of the land development project.
