The Mortgages Trustee shall not distribute to the Beneficiaries any Overpayment in respect of any Non-Flexible Mortgage Loan which does not constitute a Capital Payment until the first Distribution Date following 31st December of the year in which such Overpayment is received, save to the extent that any such Overpayment by a Borrower is applied in reduction of an Underpayment by such Borrower in respect of such Mortgage Loan prior to such date.
