Capital Net Income definition

Capital Net Income means for any Taxable Year or other period of determination, the excess of any Income from Capital Events over Losses from Capital Events for such Taxable Year or other period determined without regard to Income or Loss from Capital Events allocated pursuant to Section 7.07 and determined without regard to Investment Income.
Capital Net Income and “Capital Net Loss” mean any Net Income or Net Loss attributable to a Sale Transaction, reduced or increased by any expenses allocated thereto by the Company.
Capital Net Income means any Operating Net Profits attributable to the sale of all or any portion of the Company’s assets and liabilities.
