Capital Markets Law definition

Capital Markets Law means this Act and the regulations and, in respect of a person, includes a decision of the Authority, the Chief Regulator or the Tribunal to which the person is subject.
Capital Markets Law has the meaning set forth in the third recital to this Indenture.
Capital Markets Law means Ley del Xxxxxxx de Valores, the Borrower’s Law No. 18.627 providing for the organization and regulation of its capital markets, dated November 24, 2009 and published in the Borrower’s official gazette on December 16, 2009.
