Capital infrastructure. ’ means any immovable asset such as land, property or buildings, including plant and equipment that accede thereto, which is required for the provision of a municipal service;”
Capital infrastructure means, collectively, (i) the Building footings, foundations, floor slab, structural steel columns and girders; (ii) the Building roof (including, without limitation, the roof structure, membrane and roof covering) and exterior walls; and (iii) any underground utilities serving the Premises.
