Capacity Threshold definition

Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve a minimum percentage of Apple Health eligibles in a service area in each of the following two critical provider types: general Dentists, and pediatric Dentists.
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve at least sixty (60) percent of Apple Health eligibles in a service area in each of the following six critical provider types: hospital, mental health, primary care, pharmacy, obstetrical, and pediatricians.
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve at least sixty (60) percent of Apple Health - Fully Integrated Managed Care eligibles in a service area in each of the following six (6) critical provider types: hospital, behavioral health, primary care, pharmacy, obstetrical, and pediatricians.
