Canopy Tour definition

Canopy Tour means a guided aerial exploration or transit of the forest canopy, most commonly by means of a series of zip lines or aerial walkways with platforms.

  • The Zip Line Canopy Tour, Treetop Obstacle Course, Climbing Adventure, Team Building Programs, and other related adventure activities/programs offered by Provider (“Adventure Activities”) are designed for use by participants of average mobility and strength who are in reasonably good health.

  • In consideration of the Zipline Canopy Tour and/or Team Building program which I have contracted for with Provider, I, the undersigned Participant, agree as follows: INITIAL EACH ITEM confirming you have read, understand and agree to each statement.
