Candidate Selection Criteria definition

Candidate Selection Criteria means the criteria for selecting a Candidate Selection Compound, as described in Section 2.6.2.
Candidate Selection Criteria means the criteria for advancement of a Collaboration Compound [...***...], which provisional criteria are included in the Initial Research Plan with respect to Programs directed against the Initial Collaboration Targets (as such provisional criteria may be [...***...] in accordance with Section 2.1.6) and, with respect to Programs directed against the Subsequent Collaboration Targets, as confirmed by the JSC with respect to each such Program in accordance with Section 2.1.6. An assessment of [...***...] should be typically included with preliminary [...***...], [...***...]; (b) the properties of the Collaboration Compound regarding [...***...]; (c) assessment of the [...***...]; and (d) a preliminary assessment of [...***...], (provided, however, that nothing herein shall require Regulus to resolve any such issues if they are identified).
Candidate Selection Criteria means criteria for advancement of a Collaboration Compound into Development set forth in Exhibit 1.10.

More Definitions of Candidate Selection Criteria

Candidate Selection Criteria means the criteria attached hereto as Schedule 1.22 as may be amended by the JRC from time-to-time.
Candidate Selection Criteria means criteria for advancement of a Collaboration Compound into pre-clinical Development, as set forth in Exhibit 1.33 and as updated from time to time pursuant to Section 2.4.1.
Candidate Selection Criteria means the criteria for advancement of a Protein Therapeutic Specifically Directed to a [***] Umbrella Target or a RSPO Umbrella Target into pre-clinical Development, as set forth in the Research Plan for the [***] Umbrella Program or the RSPO Umbrella Program, as applicable, which criteria may be amended from time to time only upon mutual consent of the Parties.

If a compound is advanced by either Party pursuant to the Agreement into pre-clinical development (i.e., beyond the stage of candidate selection), and if the **, then the compound will be deemed to have met the Candidate Selection Criteria irrespective of the actual attainment of all of the defined criteria.

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
