Cancellation/Refunds definition
Cancellation/Refunds. All cancellations incur a minimum $100 relisting fee. A cancellation is defined as a full cancellation, changing dates, shortened stay, changing units or cancelling one unit in a multi unit stay. You can purchase optional Cancellation Insurance at 7% or 10% of your total stay. This can cover any non-refundable expenses, such as half or full deposits, outlined in their policy.
