  • In the case of the Canadian Servicer, it is a duly organized and validly existing company registered under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, with the power and authority under its organizational documents and under the laws of the Province of British Columbia to own its properties and to conduct its business as such properties are currently owned and such business is presently conducted.

Related to Canadian Servicer

  • Loan Servicer means the entity that from time to time is designated by Lender to collect payments and deposits and receive Notices under the Note, the Security Instrument, this Loan Agreement and any other Loan Document, and otherwise to service the Loan evidenced by the Note for the benefit of Lender.
