Canadian Dollar Swingline Rate definition

Canadian Dollar Swingline Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate and (b) the interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the CDOR Rate on such day (or, if such rate is not so reported on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page, the average of the rate quotes for bankers' acceptances denominated in Canadian Dollars with a term of 30 days received by the Canadian Administrative Agent at approximately 10:00 a.m., Local time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) from one or more banks of recognized standing selected by it) and (ii) 0.50% per annum.
Canadian Dollar Swingline Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate and (b) the interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the CDOR Rate on such day (or, if such rate is not so reported on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page, the average of the rate quotes for bankers' acceptances denominated in Canadian Dollars with a term of 30 days received by the Canadian Administrative Agent at approximately 10:00 a.m., Local time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) from one or more banks of recognized standing selected by it) and

Related to Canadian Dollar Swingline Rate

  • Swingline Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Loans.

  • Canadian Dollar Equivalent of any amount which is expressed in United States Dollars means, on any date, the Canadian dollar equivalent of such amount determined by multiplying such amount by the U.S. - Canadian Exchange Rate in effect on such date;

  • Canadian Dollar means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternate Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Sydney Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate.

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto and all respective Lenders of such Facility with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Dollar Equivalent means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any currency other than Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date or other applicable date of determination) for the purchase of Dollars with such currency.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Multicurrency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Alternative Currency means each of Euro, Sterling, Yen and each other currency (other than Dollars) that is approved in accordance with Section 1.06.

  • Revolving Credit Loans as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Alternate Currency Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Alternative Currency Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Revolving Credit Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
