Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. government securities dealer (“Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) at the option of the Company, additional Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Company.

  • exempt market dealer means a person or company registered in the category of exempt market dealer;

  • Primary Treasury Dealer means a primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City.
