Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate from a Responsible Officer of the Canadian Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit M, as such form, subject to the terms hereof, may from time to time be modified as agreed by the Canadian Borrower and the Administrative Agent or such other form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-3.
Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-1; provided, that on and after the Borrowing Base Trigger Date, “Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate” means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-2.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received a US Borrowing Base Certificate and a Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate, in each case at least one (1) Business Day prior to the Closing Date.

  • The Agent and Co-Collateral Agent shall have received prior to the Effective Date a U.S. Borrowing Base Certificate and a Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate, each of which calculates the Initial Borrowing Base, the U.S. Borrowing Base or the Canadian Borrowing Base, as the case may be, as of the last Business Day of the most recent fiscal month ended at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Effective Date.


More Definitions of Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate

Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of Watsco Canada, in substantially the form of Exhibit H-2 or another form which is acceptable to the Collateral Agent in its Permitted Discretion.
Canadian Borrowing Base Certificate means a borrowing base certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit G2 attached hereto, executed by Canadian Borrower.
