Campaign Headquarters definition

Campaign Headquarters means an existing building or part thereof, the use of which is provided for by the Township Zoning By-law, where a registered election candidate’s campaign staff are normally present and the public may enter to obtain information regarding the candidate.
Campaign Headquarters which means a building or structure, or part of a building or structure thereof, where a registered candidate or third party advertiser has set up an office to conduct an election campaign, in a zone permitted in accordance with the City’s Zoning By-law, as amended, one per candidate;
